[Courtney] You have the be willing to accept rejection because you are going to hear “no” a lot and you have to not take it personally.

[Harsh] When clients come up to you and they say things like, “Thank you very much for doing this, without you we wouldn’t know where we are…” That means the world to me.
[Mason] I think that having that passion that helping people achieve what they want to achieve before helping yourself. People can see that and they want to do business with you.
[Harsh] I wanted a company that had a very good reputation and had similar morals as myself. I know we don’t place a trade just to place a trade. We do it cause we truly feel like it’s in our clients best interest.
